Long term GeoCorp, Inc. employee, James LaFollette, joins AMEC (Aerospace Metals Engineering Committee). With 14 years of experience in thermocouple and thermocouple wire calibrations, James will assist a subcommittee on calibration procedures and how to test supplier's accuracies. AMEC addresses issues of AMS 2750 and works to improve quality requirements. The committee represents many of the major aerospace / aircraft manufacturers and suppliers such as Boeing, Honeywell Engines, Alcoa / Howmet, Lockheed Martin and NASA. GeoCorp, Inc. president George Conrad, II stated "This commitment is a natural fit due to the large presence of approved Nadcap suppliers we currently work for." Also, "We can share our experiences and knowledge with AMEC and at the same time assist current or future clients with a better understanding of AMS 2750."
