All of our sales and customer service personnel follow a training matrix which includes time spent in the production facility. This means your questions will usually be answered on your first phone call.

You can count on our experienced employees answering the phone during regular business hours, so you will get quick responses to your questions and you won’t be passed along to a voicemail in engineering.

Don’t worry about the “cut off time” to have something ship today.

We can take into account your yearly consumption and have material, thermocouples, or thermocouple wire ready to ship when you need it. This can be done with set release or on call for release basis.

We'll build the products that you need and keep them here until you're ready for them. This helps cut down on the costly overnight shipments and furnace downtime that eat into your "bottom line".

• All material meets Special Limits of Error, ±2°F or 0.4% whichever is greater.
• Material is available that meets AMS2750 Rev. F & BAC 5621 L.
• GeoSpec Material is available with maximum temperature tolerance of ±2°F or 0.2% whichever is greater.

We are a direct manufacturer of thermocouple wire and offer a different insulations:

• Vitreous Silica
• Fiber-Glass
• Ceramic Fiber

All material is tested in our NVLAP-accredited calibration lab (lab code 200496-0) which is traceable to the N.I.S.T. View our certificates.
